One Broadway is “city residences for rent.”  It is located at the heart of Miami, on Brickell Avenue.  At 36 floors, and offering a never-ending list of amenities, it truly is indulgent living.  Being walking distance from the heart of Miami, the residents are concerned about their safety and security.

Hypower’s team was chosen to design a security system that was unobtrusive to the residents but that would also ensure their safety.  Hypower’s team installed a complete access control, video, and intercom system.  All access to the building and elevators are monitored both by cameras and card readers.
